Approach
All sessions are virtual where an integrative approach of Christian counseling, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and Trauma-informed practices. Our work together will be focused on identifying the tools, skills and habits that serve you and how to eliminate those that no longer work, while deepening insight, self-awareness and bolstering resilience in responding to everyday challenges.

Sharing your story allows us to identify recurring patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve you and guides us in developing goals and healthy coping mechanisms.

STRESS
